He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science. He is committed to supporting the university’s academic mission by ensuring timely access to quality information resources and services that facilitate teaching, learning, and research. He has a strong foundation in library operations and skilled in cataloguing, classification, reference services, and user support.
He is passionate about promoting information literacy, helping students and staff develop the skills needed to locate, evaluate, and use information effectively. He provides hands-on support to students in using research tools such as Mendeley for reference management and SPSS for data analysis contributing to academic success and research quality. His dedication to service delivery, attention to details, and commitment to continuous learning contribute to the development of a dynamic and responsive library environment.
He serves as the Secretary of the Research and Publication Committee of the Consortium of Uganda University Libraries (CUUL), where he contributes to advancing scholarly communication and research visibility across Ugandan universities
He is enthusiastic about the use of digital technologies in libraries and actively supports initiatives that enhance library automation and access to electronic resources.
