Betty Agweng

She is a Library Attendant attached to the faculty of management science library. She worked as a Library Assistant for 15 years (8 years in Kotido Primary teachers’ college, 4 years in Canon Lawrence Primary Teachers’College library, and 1 year in St. Katherine Secondary School library).
She worked as assistant lecturer for three years at the Management Institute of Science and Technology(MIST), Lira City.

She holds a Bachelor Degree in Library and Information Science, Diploma in Library and Information Studies and Certificate in Library and Information Studies all from Makerere University, College of Computing and Information Science (CoCIS), East African School of Library and Information science (EASLIS).
She is a student of Master of Science in Information Science (MISC) at Makerere University,
Her areas of interest include; Knowledge organisation, Information Literacy and Information Management Systems. She is also passionate about learning and, knowledge sharing.
